In his Spring 2011 collection, David Longshaw, a 2007 graduate from the Royal College of Art, combined his design skills with his illustrative talents to create a collection with a signature look.
Largely limited to a color palette of light blues, Longshaw’s collection of skirts, dresses and sheer tops takes on a very feminine look. Yet with the addition of original illustrative motifs coupled with art-deco designs, the designer’s collection develops a signature look that is diverse and unusual.
