 Your Online Account

Q: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

A: When you purchase an order on wonderMode, you will be automatically prompted to create an account in the checkout process. However, you do not need to buy something to create an account. If you want to create an account before making a purchase, you can click the “create an account” link on the top right hand corner of any page on our site. You will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your wonderMode account:

   -Track your orders and review past purchases

   -Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

   -Manage your account details, address book and email preferences

Q: Does it cost any money to set up a wonderMode account?

A: No, it is completely free to create a wonderMode account.

Q: I've forgotten my password. What should I do? (Get screenshot to show process)

A: Click “FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?” on the login page, Fill in your email below to request a new password. An email will be sent to the address below containing a link to verify your email address. When you click on that link your email address will be verified and you will then be emailed a new password.

 

 Size & Fit

Q: How do I determine my size?

 A: Please see our size chart section on HOW TO MEASURE in the event you are unsure what size you are.  Sizing will be noted on the product info page, as well as sometimes in the product  DETAILS description.  We also suggest you check REVIEWS as sometimes other customers leave comments on sizing.  If you have any questions please feel free to email us at concierge@wondermode.com and we will be happy to clarify sizing etc.

  

 Ordering & Payment

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

Sign into my account TO BUY click on orders status to see link for UPS tracking. 

Q: I need to Cancel/Modify my Order. How can I do it?

A: You cannot modify or cancel your order once your item is shipped. To modify an order contact ordersupport@wondermode.com. Once you receive your product, follow the return policy guidelines to return your order.

Q: What payment methods does wonderMode accept?

A: wonderMode accepts transactions using American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard and Visa.

Q: How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

A: The buyer shall be responsible for paying all sales and use taxes, valued-added taxes, export and import taxes, and duties and all transactional taxes or levies related to the buyer's purchase of each Item. See Texes and Duties for more information in TERMS OF USE.

 

 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is the return and refund policy at wonderMode?

A: You can return your item 20 days within receiving your order unless otherwise stated on the designer’s item return policy. We will offer the Buyer a credit for the full price of their product purchase, including tax, which will be refunded directly to their credit card. Buyers should contact the Seller before returning the item to ensure the Seller is aware of the return. To return an item follow these steps:

STEP 1 - CONTACT SELLER: 
wonderMode recommends that all Buyers first contact the Seller via wonderMode Messaging to discuss the reason for the return.

STEP 2 - RETURNING/EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT: Buyers are encouraged to use the return slip that will be emailed to you (for USA doemstic orders only) upon receiving your return request. The return shipping label should be printed and attached to your return package. For international order returns please contact the seller for return label.

Send your return to your sellers address noted on the return slip. 

STEP 3 - REFUNDS / CREDITS:
All return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund of any returned items. If an item(s) is returned because it was shipped with defects or is not as advertised on our site, the return-shipping fee should be paid by the Seller and refunded to the Buyer.

Return shipping fees:

  • There are no initial up-front costs for using the UPS prepaid return shipping label which will be sent to you. The return shipping fees are deducted from the final refund:
  • Return fees for one (1) item: $7.95 UPS Ground
  • Return fees for two or more items: $10.95 UPS Ground
  • These services are available in the United States only. International rates vary and we suggest you contact the Seller for further information on rates

Q: How can I exchange for the same item in a different color or size? or How can I exchange for a different item?

A: Contact the Seller "Designer" Directly.

 

 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much is the U.S. shipping cost?

 A: Depending on the weight and dimension of the product. This will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

 A: Yes, we ship to many international location that UPS services.

Q: Can I ship my items to multiple addresses?

A: Each order can only be sent to one address. If you want to ship items to multiple addresses, you must check each order out separately.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

A: If you need to modify your order, please contact  ordersupport@wondermode.com as soon as possible with your order details. We will make every attempt to handle your request.

     

 Gift Box

Q: How can I order gift boxes?

WonderMode offers gift boxes to their Sellers. Buyer should "note" at checkout in the ORDER INSTRUCTIONS/COMMENTS box that an item is a Gift.
