Your wonderMode ID and related information
Our website requires you to create a User ID based on your personal information, wonderMode does not generate User IDs for you. Here's how it works: You create a personal profile and User ID providing your name, phone number, email address, and in some cases your mailing address or a credit card number and choose a password (and you may be asked to also provide a password hint such as the month and day of your birth) for security. The system saves your information.

 

When we disclose your information
To help us provide superior service, your personal information may be shared with legal entities within the wonderMode group globally who will take steps to safeguard it in accordance with wonderMode's privacy policy.

 

wonderMode may share your personal information with certain third parties such as our agents, service providers and other representatives acting on our behalf for limited purposes. For example, we may share personal information with third parties to perform services on our behalf such as:

• Sending marketing communications
• Delivering orders
• Conducting research, analysis or administering surveys
• Sending regular mail and e-mail on behalf of wonderMode

In this event, we will attempt to notify you through the contact information that you provide to us when you create a User ID before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. Information you share on wonderMode's website
Your User ID is displayed throughout our website (and so available to the public), and is connected to all of your wonderMode activity. Notices sent to other community members about suspicious activity and policy violations on our website refer to User IDs and specific items. So if you associate your name with your User ID, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your wonderMode activities.

 

If you access our website from a shared computer, certain information about you, such as your User ID, activity or reminders from wonderMode, may also be visible to other individuals who use the computer after you.

 

How we protect your personal information

wonderMode takes precautions including administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

 

wonderMode cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail, and you do so at your own risk. Children
wonderMode recognizes that parents, guardians, or other adults may purchase products from us for family use, including use by minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 for marketing purposes, but because some information is collected electronically, it can appear to be the personal information of the purchaser of the product, and will be treated as such by this privacy policy. If a child under 18 submits personal information to wonderMode and we learn that that personal information is the information of a child under 18, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.

We gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. Our server automatically collects clickstream information such as the address (or URL) of the website that you came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site and any search terms you may have entered on our site, among other things. Our website may also use other technologies to track which pages our visitors view. This anonymous clickstream data provides our customers with a better shopping experience and helps wonderMode understand how visitors use our website.

 

Our cookies do not collect personal information, and we do not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us more about you.

In some of our email messages we may use a click-through URL linked to content on the wonderMode website. As wonderMode continues to improve the services, products and the features we provide, this policy is subject to change.
